Yep, we know. Onesies and pasta, how do they go together? Well, toddlers and pasta are definitely a thing. Our founder wanted to eat healthier and out of that, making homemade pasta was born. The grandkids loved it and asked for more! Family members and friends tried and they too, wanted more! It was natural to add it to our line instead of making a new website so we connected the two.
We use only the finest double milled, Italian Semolina Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Cage Free Eggs (if used). Only the best for our family....and now you!
Along with the highest quality ingredients, we take our time making and drying the pasta. Not all shapes are available due to breakage during the drying process. Great pasta needs to dry slowly and in small batches, which may result in being out of stock. Get your orders in early for your dinner or event so it will be guaranteed to be in stock.
The reviews are in and it has been determined to be the BEST pasta..
Fusillini is a small, tightly coiled corkscrew pasta, a miniature version of fusilli whose name means "little spindles." Its short spirals catch sauce well and cook quickly, so it is often used in soups, salads, and light tomato or cream sauces.
Spaghetti is a long, thin, round strand of pasta, one of the most familiar Italian shapes, whose name means "little strings." It is usually served with tomato, oil-and-garlic, or meat sauces, and is often twirled on a fork rather than cut.
Angel hair, or capellini, is an extremely thin, delicate strand of pasta, finer than spaghetti, named for its hair-like appearance. It cooks in just a few minutes and is best with light sauces, broths, or simple oil and seafood so the strands do not break or clump.
